The Information Office
The Information Centre has ramped access for a standard size wheelchair or small mobility scooter, plenty of room to manoeuvre internally, and assistance dogs are welcome. Accessible public toilet facilities are available close by.
There are 8 parking spaces for blue badge holders in the Marsh and Ham car park, a short and step-free distance from the Office; parking charges apply. There are also allocated spaces for drivers with young children close to the entrance to Morrison’s supermarket, again a short walk away.
Almost all of the printed information that we provide comes from third parties, which limits our ability to provide alternative formats. However, if you have specific needs, do come and talk to us and we will do our best to help.
